Ashley is a lifelong animal lover with over 20 years experience in showing and training horses. She has always been a dog lover and had a canine companion every step of the way. As she faded away from the world of horse training, her passion for the dogs grew. She became interested in more advanced obedience and training for dog sports with her own dogs, which led to realizing a deep love for dog training. Sunset Valley K9 was created out of a passion for helping dogs and their owners create better communication and relationships. Ashley emphasizes building a foundation on trust and leadership, using play, confidence building, and positive reinforcement.
OUR SERVICES
BOARDING
When you board with us, you can rest assured that your dog will be treated as one of our own. They stay in our personal home, receive one on one play time, and go for multiple walks on our 27 acre farm (weather permitting). We also offer a canine treadmill for inclement days. Dogs must be crate trained and not destructive to be accepted.

DAYCARE
We offer daycare for those who would like their dog to get in some extra attention and exercise while you are busy with work or errands. We will take your dog on walks, exercise them on the treadmill, and if possible, pair them with an appropriate playmate for supervised play. Dogs must be potty/crate trained and must be evaluated to be accepted.
